Human Nature and the Architecture of Consciousness

Somewhere in this forum, when I mentioned out of body experiences, I briefly spoke about the astral body. I realized then that it would be useful to slow this down and speak more clearly about the seven subtle bodies of a human being, because many people have heard fragments of this teaching, sensed its truth, but never had it laid out in a way that truly connects.

You may have heard that a human being is composed of seven bodies. You may have questioned it. Or maybe something inside you whispered that it was true even before you could explain why. That whisper matters. You are not mistaken.

The physical body we see in the mirror is not the whole of who we are. It contains the other six bodies within it. These bodies are not separate layers stacked like clothing. They occupy the same space simultaneously, interpenetrating one another, existing together like elements mixed into a single substance.

Think of a brick soaked with water. The brick is the physical body. The water is the etheric body. You cannot see the water as separate anymore, but you know it is there. Now imagine adding milk and sugar into tea. They do not sit apart from the tea. They become the tea. This is how the subtle bodies exist within us.

The seven bodies are:

The Physical Body
The Etheric Body
The Astral Body
The Mental Body
The Causal Body
The Buddic Body
The Atmic Body

All seven bodies occupy the same space. What separates them is not location, but vibration.

The physical body vibrates the slowest.
The atmic body vibrates the fastest.

This alone tells us something important. The higher the vibration, the closer the experience of Creator becomes. The Divine is felt far more strongly through the higher bodies than through the lower ones.

The lower bodies are: The physical body
The astral body
The mental body

The higher bodies are: The causal body
The buddic body
The atmic body

From this, we can already divide the human being into two natures. The lower nature and the higher nature.

The lower bodies form a trinity, and the higher bodies form a trinity. Trinity is the expression of life itself. This means that most humans live the life of the lower trinity. That is not a judgment. It is simply an observation.

The lower nature is connected to the lower worlds, the denser regions of existence. The higher nature is connected to the higher planes, the spiritual worlds.

Each body corresponds to a world:

The physical body lives in the physical world, the world of matter we can see and touch.
The astral body lives in the astral world, the world of emotions, desires, and feelings.
The mental body lives in the mental world, the world of thought.

The causal body lives in the world of ideas, intuition, and direct knowing of Creator.
The buddic body lives in the world of universal love, compassion, and beauty.
The atmic body lives in the world of divine will and divine power.

Just as your physical body moves through the physical world, the other bodies move through their respective worlds.

Here is something essential to understand. Each body contains the others. When the astral body leaves the physical body during sleep or an out of body experience, it does not travel alone. It carries the other bodies with it. The same occurs at physical death.

Esoteric traditions across the world teach that the human being is structured the same way as the universe. Humans are a small universe. What exists within us exists outside of us.

To illustrate this, let us use the solar system as a symbol.

The seven planetary bodies reflect the seven subtle bodies:

Earth corresponds to the physical body
The Moon corresponds to the etheric body
Mars corresponds to the astral body
Mercury corresponds to the mental body
Jupiter corresponds to the causal body
Venus corresponds to the buddic body
Saturn corresponds to the atmic body

Different traditions place the planets differently, so discernment is required. The point is not rigid mapping. The point is relationship.

Science tells us that Mercury is closest to the sun. If the sun represents the Divine source, then it makes sense that the mental body is the closest of the lower bodies to the Divine light. This is why insight, clarity, and illumination often arise through the mind.

Yet Mercury is not the hottest planet. Venus is. Venus corresponds to the buddic body, the body of love. Love holds heat. Love carries intensity. Love radiates.

Mercury has little atmosphere, so heat escapes. This mirrors the human mind. The mind can receive divine light, but it does not know how to hold love. This is why spiritual traditions emphasize quieting the mind. When thoughts thin out, the light can pass through unobstructed.

Mars, connected to the astral body, carries heat as well, but it is a different heat. It is emotional heat, passion, desire, attachment.

There is much more that can be understood through the solar system, but that alone could become an entire book. Meditation will take you further than explanation ever could.

The energies of these bodies gather within us through chakras. Each chakra acts as a gateway into a specific body. This is why chakra work has existed for thousands of years across cultures. Developing a chakra develops the body associated with it.

Now here is the core teaching.

The lower nature is an image of the higher nature. The lower self exists as a reflection. Its mission is purification and alignment. The higher bodies represent our true self.

The higher self looks into a mirror formed by time and space. What it sees is the lower self. Most people live inside the reflection, not realizing they are not the original.

When consciousness shifts into the astral body, we feel the emotions and desires of the astral world.
When consciousness shifts into the causal body, we receive intuition, insight, and what some call the voice of Creator.
When consciousness shifts into the buddic body, love becomes effortless, expansive, and unconditional. Beauty is felt directly.

As for the atmic body, I will be honest. I do not know. And that honesty matters.

The good news is this. The causal body is the doorway into the higher nature. That is where humanity is heading. Some are already there. When a person begins to live from the causal body, we say the spiritual world has opened to them. That is where spirituality truly begins.

When the causal body activates, the buddic and atmic bodies begin to stir as well, because the higher trinity functions as one. Just as the physical, astral, and mental bodies work together, so do the higher bodies.

Purification works the same way. Clean the physical body and the astral body responds. Clean the astral body and both the physical and mental bodies shift. This is why religions emphasized ethics, discipline, and restraint. Not as punishment, but as astral hygiene.

That is where religion largely stops. For those who seek further, vibration must rise beyond the astral and mental into the causal.

The state of the mind influences the astral body.
The state of the astral body influences the physical body.
The state of the physical body influences the environment and the people around it.

This is why pretending to be spiritual does not work. If the inside is pure, it shows. If it is not, it also shows. Nothing stays hidden. Ever.

And the higher a person vibrates, the more their inner state influences the inner worlds of others. This is responsibility, not superiority.

We are not meant to escape the body.
We are meant to remember who we are within it.

When you look at Jews, you see ghosts of all those bodies piled up in death camps. And those ghosts keep you trying to do the right thing.

“But when you look at us you don’t see the ghosts of the little babies with their heads smashed in by rifle butts at the Big Hole, or the old folks dying by the side of the trail on the way to Oklahoma while their families cried and tried to make them comfortable, or the dead mothers at Wounded Knee or the little kids at Sand Creek who were shot for target practice.

You don’t see any ghosts at all. “Instead you see casinos and drunks and junk cars and shacks. “Well, we see those ghosts. And they make our hearts sad and they hurt our little children. And when we try to say something, you tell us, ‘Get over it.

This is America. Look at the American dream.’ But as long as you’re calling us Redskins and doing tomahawk chops, we can’t look at the American dream, because those things remind us that we are not real human beings to you.

And when people aren’t humans, you can turn them into slaves or kill six million of them or shoot them down with Hotchkiss guns and throw them into mass graves at Wounded Knee. “No, we’re not looking at the American dream.

And why should we?

We still haven’t woken up from the American nightmare.

"Choli" Kata

There is a direct relationship between the Sly Man and the Fox.

This Kata was inspired by your son, my brother through his death.

It was born out of pain and perfected through your spiritual growth & discernment.

I see peace(religious/spiritual) in the beginning of the Kata and then it transforms into fire (fakir) throughout the rest of the Kata then ending in peace again but as u kneeled you still let us know that fire can still erupt if need be (the double punch when you kneeled).

This is a sly man Kata.

The Fox represents slyness. The fox totem gets more into the spiritual meaning of the fox.

"Choli" is the name of the Kata.
Thats just a Native name for fox.

Fox spirit animals:
When the fox appears in you life as spirit animal, it encourages action and quick, swift moves.

You may be called to take action in a way that shows your adaptability and ability to move quickly through obstacles and resistance (because you learned from the dumb saint & spiritual man). >

Being inspired by a fox totem, you can work at developing the sharpness of your mental skills: Analytical intelligence, power of deduction, observation can come into play more powerfully in how you deal with daily matters or bigger projects (Fakir, Religious, Spiritual).

The spirit of the fox may also imply that you are sharpening your physical alertness and responsiveness.

The fox is known for sneaking into homes and getting away without being caught. Because of it’s characterized by its cunning ability, this animal has acquired the image of trickster in a number of cultures.

When the fox appears in your life, it may indicate that you need to pay attention to people or circumstances that may be deceiving or tricking you into going down a path that does not necessarily serves you.

This spirit animal may call you to be more discerning in relationships, whether it’s in business or friendships, or in choices you make for yourself.

Following the fox totem wisdom, look for any area of your life where you may be cunningly led to do something else than you would in all reason do. Use discernment in your choices and actions.

The fox as a spirit guide offers good teachings about getting around obstacles instead of confronting them head to head (embrace shit).

You might find that you could renew or be smarter about how you deal with areas of resistance in your life or projects.

Having the fox as spirit animal, you may be guided to learn from lessons in a way that may feel like you are being challenged or sometimes even being tricked.

To make the most of the fox totem wisdom, keep a strong sense of humor and be smart of the lessons you learn.

The power of the fox is a great support to develop your ability to find the sharpest and smartest solution to any problem.

Call on the fox guidance when you feel lost and need help finding you way. Foxes are most active at night, but also are day animals.

By affinity with the animal totem, you may like to be active and bring your creativity to its peak during night time as it gives you the space to be closer to your natural state.

Our nations and our tribes live or die in the hands of our children. That is not symbolism. That is reality.

Every political game that keeps us small, every device designed to slow our growth, every tactic used to divide and conquer us only succeeds because we allow ego to stand where responsibility should be. If we were willing to step out of our own way, much of what holds us back would collapse on its own.

We speak often about sovereignty, about rights, about recognition. But an attack on you, an attack on your tribe, an attack on your nation is not just an attack on the present. It is an attack on your children. Without you, without us, what chance do they truly have. They become exposed. They become vulnerable. They become easy prey in a system that has never been designed for their survival.

Our future exists only through our children. And as much as you love your child, as much as you believe in their brilliance, none of them can carry the weight alone. Ask yourself honestly. Could you?

My child, just like yours, has the potential to be a great scientist, a great doctor, an inventor, a leader. But no matter how gifted any one of them may be, they cannot do everything by themselves. Nations are not built by individuals standing alone. They are built by people standing together.

That is why I involve myself in world affairs, domestic affairs, politics and what I call poli tricks when it comes to Indigenous peoples. I do it so our children will still have land beneath their feet, water that is not poisoned, wildlife that is not extinct, and resources that are not stripped away before they ever get a chance to inherit them. I do it so they can experience unity instead of fragmentation and learn cooperation instead of competition.

Our children are our people. This is for my children, your children, our children. Without them, we cease to exist. That is not dramatic. That is biological, cultural, and spiritual fact.

What parent would not do this for their children. If you are a loving and protective parent, you will do whatever it takes to ensure not only your child’s survival, but the security of their future. That includes land. That includes education. That includes financial stability. That includes identity.

We are the ones on the front lines now. We are the ones carrying the weight so that tomorrow does not crush those who come after us. And when we are gone and the work continues, it will be our children leading in ways we lead today and hopefully in ways that are wiser, stronger, and more united.

The Creator gave us this planet with an instruction, not a suggestion. Take care of it as it takes care of you and pass it on to your children and your children’s children and the generations beyond them. That responsibility did not expire. We simply stopped honoring it.

Look around us. People are dying at alarming rates from diabetes, heart disease, cancer, addiction and despair. This is not our original culture doing this to us. This is something we accepted, normalized, and allowed to replace our ways.

Children are more unhealthy than ever before. Adults are numbed by alcohol, drugs, and dependency. Too many are surviving instead of living. Too many are disconnected from who they are and where they come from.

Ask yourself honestly. Are you not concerned about your children. About your grandchildren. About those who will carry your blood long after your name is spoken for the last time.

It is selfish to think only about today and ignore tomorrow. It is dangerous to enjoy comfort now at the expense of future generations. Imagine if our great great grandparents thought that way about us. What shape would we be in today.

If we do not teach our children who they are, they will remain trapped in a cycle of disease, poverty, and disconnection that was never meant to be ours.

When we have cultural identity, land, resources, businesses, education rooted in truth, and financial independence, we create conditions where our nations, tribes, and communities can grow instead of merely survive.

It starts at home. It always has. And then it reflects outward through action.

This is a call for Native nations to establish a time and a place to finally come together as one voice instead of scattered whispers. Unity does not erase difference. It strengthens it.

Your willingness to begin dialogue is the first step toward a truly united Indigenous America.

I believe many Chiefs across different nations have the capacity to work together. I also know there are some who do not want this to happen. That truth does not change the necessity of the call.

Your response will be received as proof of your willingness to stand together, not above or apart, for the future of our people. This is not a plan of action. This is a call to action.

The only thing I seek is for our Chiefs to speak, to establish brotherhood, camaraderie, and true nation to nation relationships. Whatever grows beyond that will be determined by the councils themselves.

Sacred Feather

Feathers

Feathers mean a lot to Native American Tribes.  A feather isn’t just something that falls out of a bird, it means much more. 

The feather symbolizes trust, honor, strength, wisdom, power, freedom and many more things.

To be given one of these is to be hand picked out of the rest of the men in the tribe - it’s like getting a gift from a high official.

If any Indian is given Golden or Bald Eagle feathers it is one of the most rewarding items they can ever be handed.

The Indians believe that eagles have a special connection with the heavens since they fly so close.

Many Indians believe that if they are given this feather, it is a symbol from above.

They believe that the eagle is the leader of all birds, because it flies as high as it does and sees better than all the birds.

Once an Indian receives a feather he must take care of it, and many will hang it up in their homes. It is disrespectful to hide it away in a drawer or a closet.

An Indian will be given a feather to hold on to or to wear, and if they hold it they must put it out for everyone to see. This will be a constant reminder of how to behave.

An eagle feather is a lot like the American flag, it must be handled with care and can never be dropped on the ground.

The only way an Indian can actually get one of these feathers is by doing a brave deed, like fighting off a bear or going up against the enemy.

They were never allowed to wear the feather until they went in front of their tribal court and retold the story of their victory.

It was at this time that they were allowed to put it in their headpiece. Only chieftains, warriors, and braves have ever been awarded this special gift. 

The next time you see eagle feathers in a headdress, think about how they were earned.

THE TURKEY FEATHERS

"Turkeys are also used as clan animals in some Native American cultures. Turkey feathers have been used in the traditional regalia of many tribes, particularly the feathered cloaks of eastern Woodland Indians like the Wampanoag.  

Several eastern tribes/clans have a Turkey Dance is an important social dances of associated with songs about war honors and tribal pride.

 Also a turkey is a symbol of the wildness of the Earth, the earth is a wildnerness that man can never control. A feather from a turkey symbolizes abundance, pride and fertility."
